Policy Terms

 A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your session date and is applied toward your total investment. Your date is not secured until the retainer is received.

The remaining balance is due on or before final image delivery, unless otherwise arranged in writing. No final images will be released until payment is completed in full.

Travel fees apply to locations beyond a 30-mile radius of the studio.

 Due to the custom nature of each session and limited availability, all retainers are non-refundable.

Clients may request to reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the session may result in forfeiture of the retainer.

Repeated rescheduling may require a new retainer to secure a future date, ensuring fairness and availability for all clients.

 All outdoor sessions are thoughtfully planned around natural light and seasonal conditions to ensure the highest quality imagery.

In the event of inclement or unsafe weather (including rain, storms, or high winds), the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost. The final determination of weather suitability rests with the photographer to ensure both safety and artistic quality.

Overcast or cloudy conditions are considered ideal for portrait sessions and do not qualify for cancellation.

The Client agrees that all payments may be made via the following accepted methods:

• PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle
• Cash (only if agreed upon in writing in advance) 

All payments must be made in USD.

A non-refundable retainer of 50% of the total service fee is required to secure the booking date and reserve photography services. No date is considered confirmed until the retainer is received.

The retainer will be applied toward the total balance due.

The remaining balance is due no later than the scheduled session/event date, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Deliverables will not be released until full payment has been received.

• The retainer is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances, as it reserves the photographer’s time and prevents other bookings. 
• Any additional payments made beyond the retainer may be refunded only at the photographer’s sole discretion, based on the work already completed. 
• If the Client cancels within 48 hours of the scheduled session, the full remaining balance may still be owed. 

Clients may request one reschedule with at least 7 days’ notice, subject to photographer availability. Additional rescheduling requests may incur a fee of $50–$100.
